The AE ONE Conference gives pre-service and early career educators, Education Support Professionals, and other education professionals a chance to explore new ideas and strategies, network with their peers, and IGNITE their excitement in providing students with the schools they deserve. Plus, there’s always a lot of fun and free swag!

Keynote speaker: Steven Shapiro – Veteran educational re-imaginer with 34 years of leadership in experiential learning, authentic assessment, project-based learning, community partnerships, culture building, high school reform, and public speaking. My strengths include an unbounded passion for designing and implementing high-impact learning experiences and an infectious enthusiasm for empowering young people and their families. I am an innovative thinker with a track record of translating bold ideas into exemplary practices. I love that I get to spend my time making a profound difference in the lives of young people and families.
